A reservation payment is due when scheduling and is credited toward the total visit fee. The remaining balance is paid at the visit through Stripe. Use the reservation link for the visit you have requested. A payment does not by itself confirm an appointment; new-patient requests require approval.

Cancellation & no-show policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or do not attend, your reservation payment is forfeited. No additional late-cancellation or no-show charge will be made to your card.

For cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, you may receive a refund of your reservation payment or choose to apply it to a rescheduled visit. Contact OnPoint to arrange your preference. If OnPoint cannot approve your appointment request or cancels your visit, your reservation payment will be refunded unless you choose to transfer it to another appointment.

Medication, laboratory & outside costs

Visit fees do not include medications, laboratory testing, or other outside services. Patients are responsible for costs not covered by insurance. Confirm costs with the pharmacy or laboratory before proceeding. A prescription is not guaranteed.

Written cost estimates

Uninsured and self-pay patients have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. Read your rights and how to request an estimate. Posted visit fees do not replace an individualized estimate.
